Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Activation Specialist II to support country-level site start-up activities, regulatory submissions, and essential document collection. You will coordinate with country start-up teams to ensure timely submissions and compliant documentation across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s Degree and solid understanding of clinical trial processes, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional tasks and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• Detailed understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality deliverables at country level and track milestones in SSU tracking system.
• Monitor basic financials and hours/tasks per contract; escalate discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs/WIs and keep training records updated; ensure timesheet compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of SSU processes at country level (submissions, doc collection, EC/RA filings).
• Submit Local EC, RA applications and other local regulatory submissions with appropriate oversight.
