• 6 years managerial experience leading teams and allocating resources

Responsibilities

• Oversees Americas region study & site operations, providing regional leadership and strategic direction.
• Lead country/hub leaders, shape site engagement and monitoring strategies.
• Ensure Phase I–IV trials are delivered on time with quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.
