Job summary

Manna is seeking a Senior Site Delivery & Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery of physical infrastructure across new and existing launch markets in the USA. You will own end-to-end site delivery from assessment and lease readiness through construction, utilities, contractor management, commissioning and handover.

You will manage multiple projects across geographies, ensuring safety, budget adherence and schedule compliance while coordinating with Commercial, Legal and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering physical infrastructure or site rollout projects.
• Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience with landlords, utility providers, local authorities, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple site delivery projects simultaneously from site shortlist through operational handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Identify blockers, dependencies and critical path activities while driving projects to completion.
• Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, costs and launch readiness.
• Oversee delivery of site infrastructure including utilities, permits and landlord coordination.
