Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager to lead study start-up activities across assigned therapeutic areas, coordinating site identification, contract status tracking, and regulatory processes in line with GCPs and SOPs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure critical path milestones are met on time and budget, and contribute input on proposals and budgets as needed. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college degree in medical/biological/health science or related field.
• Seven years CRO/pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in Start-up/Project/ Site Management.
• Proficient in cross-cultural communication.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication and accountability for study start-up and maintenance on assigned projects.
• Oversee project activities of functional groups involved in site activation to ensure critical path activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure accurate compilation, management, tracking and analysis of site activation activities.
• May support feasibility and/or site identification activities.
• Work closely with assigned team members to expedite the Site Qualification and Selection process.
• Effectively communicate Site Activation & Regulatory project status to the Sponsor, GPL/CPM and project team.
