Job summary

ALSO, an electric mobility company based in Seattle, WA, is seeking an eCommerce Project Manager to evolve our Shopify-based ecommerce experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. You will coordinate international teams, translate regional needs into scalable global solutions, and drive end-to-end website initiatives from concept to launch.

You will partner with finance, product, software, marketing, and fulfillment to define requirements, priorities, and timelines, ensuring local needs

Qualifications

5+ years of Shopify experience in high-growth or startup environments.
Experience configuring Shopify Plus and internationalization (localization, currencies, payments).
Proven ability to coordinate projects across international teams and time zones.
Strong project management with a balance of process and action.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day website operations on Shopify, ensuring performance and reliability.
Coordinate and drive website feature initiatives across international teams and regions.
Synthesize regional inputs into clear, prioritized plans for global solutions.
Gather cross-functional requirements from finance, product, marketing, and fulfillment operations.
Translate market needs into scalable, cross-regional solutions.
Partner with engineering to scope work, define requirements, and manage execution.
Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch with aligned teams.
Document decisions and workflows using Asana, Confluence, JIRA, or similar tools.
