Job summary

Buddha Jewelry is seeking an eCommerce Website Manager to own and optimize the company's online store and digital experience. You will drive conversions, merchandising, and content across global markets, acting as the Shopify SME and coordinating with Marketing, Systems, and Operations.

The role demands hands-on project leadership, a deep understanding of Shopify and related tools, and the ability to manage multi-market initiatives across time zones. Seattle-based, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional eCommerce or website management experience.
Advanced Shopify experience; Shopify Plus preferred.
Experience managing multi-market, international eCommerce environments.

Responsibilities

Own the website as a commercial asset, with accountability for customer experience, merchandising, conversion, content, and digital commerce performance.
Lead eCommerce projects from requirements through launch and optimization.
Drive global eCommerce expansion with launch plans for new markets.
Monitor performance and user behavior to improve conversion and usability.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Systems, and Operations to align website with business goals.
