Buddha Jewelry is seeking an eCommerce Website Manager to own and optimize the company's online store and digital experience. You will drive conversions, merchandising, and content across global markets, acting as the Shopify SME and coordinating with Marketing, Systems, and Operations.
The role demands hands-on project leadership, a deep understanding of Shopify and related tools, and the ability to manage multi-market initiatives across time zones. Seattle-based, full-time, on-site.
Buddha Jewelry exists to deliver light, beauty and excellence through all we do. We're a self-funded, independently built company with real startup passion, intention, determination and a team that shows up every day with grit, curiosity, and genuine care for one another. We are more than a team, we are a passionate force for good, united by shared goals and an unstoppable drive to bring meaningful value to our clients around the world. Every team member has the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact - not just fill a role. Your ideas, decisions, and execution shape who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We stay solution-oriented and grounded in reality, and we hold ourselves accountable to outcomes that matter. The people who thrive here are the ones who see a challenge and lean in — who treat complexity as an invitation, obstacles as puzzles worth solving, and technology as a powerful tool in their hands. We embrace innovation across every role, because we believe the best solutions come from curious minds invested in finding a better way. If you lead with ownership, lift others up, and take pride in your results, you’ll feel right at home.
