• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year related Shipping & Receiving experience.
• Five years related experience in Shipping & Receiving; or equivalent.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare commercial / pro-forma invoices in accordance with recognized international standards.
• Ensure proper export documentation is prepared to facilitate the export of all goods and submits to transportation providers.
• Provide feedback on the status of in-process orders to ensure on-time milestones.
• Review schedules, identify risks, develop contingencies, and expedite materials as required.
• Communicate with transport services to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Maintain knowledge of international trade regulations and assist the division's compliance program.
