Oceaneering is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign regulations. The role involves preparing invoices, proper export documentation, and coordinating with transport providers to keep schedules on track.

The candidate should have at least one year of shipping & receiving experience; higher education such as an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum of one year related experience in Shipping & Receiving.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares commercial / pro-forma invoices in accordance with recognized international standards.
• Ensures that all proper export documentation is prepared to facilitate the export of all goods.
• Provide feedback on the status of in process orders to ensure on time completion of schedule milestones.
• Review schedules and identify risks / problem issues and develop workarounds.
