Job summary

AMAX, a global leader in GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, seeks an experienced Shipping & Logistics Lead to manage daily operations and drive on-time deliveries. You will coordinate complex domestic and international shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Production, Planning, and Customer Service to meet tight schedules.

The role requires 3+ years in shipping/logistics, at least 2 years in a leadership role, and strong knowledge of Incoterms and export controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics operations.
• At least 2 years of team lead experience.
• Experience with shipping systems.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes.
• Knowledge of freight carriers, customs documentation, Incoterms, and export compliance.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments using multiple carriers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure export regulations, customs documentation, and customer-specific shipping instructions are met.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to meet shipment schedules.
• Monitor shipping priorities and resolve logistics issues to minimize delivery delays.
• Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.
• Analyze shipping performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to developing and standardizing shipping procedures and work instructions.
