Job summary

Nobel Biocare (Envista family) seeks a warehouse associate for distribution tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will move and store merchandise, pick and build orders using Voice WMS, and perform Kanban audits to monitor Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping paperwork, maintaining accurate stock levels, and operating pallet jacks or dollies. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 1 year of related work experience (shipping/receiving, distribution, logistics, etc.) or 2 years of related work experience or 4 years of work experience.
• Strong communication in English (Reading, writing, and verbal)
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Move cases, crates, packaged merchandise, and other material between loading and storage areas using hand trucks, lifts, forklift and other methods.
• Pick orders using Voice WMS or scanning wand and build carts.
• Perform Kanban Audits and present KPI data (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity).
• Pull production work order materials from shelves and ensure accurate quantities.
• Stock warehouse shelves and prepare and pack shipment orders.
• Complete paperwork and computer transactions for material movements; verify quantities on hand.
