Job summary
Reading Bakery Systems in Robesonia, PA seeks an experienced International Shipping Specialist to support daily shipping activities at our Robesonia facility. This hands-on role combines dock work with international shipment coordination and customs documentation to keep customer orders flowing smoothly.
Responsibilities include preparing international shipments and documents, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate ERP records while ensuring safety and efficiency on the dock.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of global shipping, receiving, warehouse or logistics experience required.
- Experience preparing international shipping and customs documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Familiarity with HTS classifications, carriers, brokers and international shipments.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label and prepare parts and samples for domestic and international shipment.
- Prepare and manage international shipping and customs documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates).
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and brokers; track deliveries and resolve delays or customs issues.
- Assist with loading/unloading, forklift operation, and inventory accuracy in ERP system.
