Job summary

KRI is seeking an International Shipping Specialist to prepare domestic and international shipments in Fort Collins, moving to Wellington. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 with hourly pay of $22–$26 and strong benefits including a 401(k) and HDHP/HSA support.

You will handle Shipping Labels, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with US import/export regulations while coordinating with carriers and customers around the world.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing domestic and international shipments.
• Knowledge of US import/export regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments daily.
• Ability to communicate with customers via email.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Shipping Labels, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin for domestic and international shipments.
• Remain up to date on import/export compliance and regulations for various countries.
• Receive inbound packages and freight; hand over or load outbound shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and maintain customer records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area and assist with inventory as needed.
