Job summary

KRI is seeking an experienced International Shipping Specialist for our Fort Collins facility, with relocation to Wellington. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8–5, focusing on preparing shipping documents for domestic and international destinations and ensuring compliance with US import/export regulations.

You will manage 10–20 shipments per day, coordinate carriers and freight forwarders, prepare bills of lading, invoices, and origin certificates, and keep meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing shipments for domestic and international destinations.
• Knowledge of US government regulations for import/export.
• Ability to maintain accurate shipping records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and international shipments with labels, bills of lading, invoices, and origin certificates.
• Stay up-to-date on import/export regulations for various regions.
• Coordinate carriers and freight forwarders for on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Receive and process inbound packages and manage stock levels.
• Maintain clean and organized shipping area and records.
