Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all shipping paperwork, including bills of lading.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve shipping delays and damages.
- Maintain accurate shipping, cost, and tracking records.
- Oversee custom crating and packaging.
