Alicat Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Specialist to inspect, pack, and ship devices from our Tucson facility. The role requires preparing international conformity documents and managing high-volume orders with accuracy and safety in mind.

Ideal candidates will have experience with COO/COC/ACE documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team while meeting production timelines. In-person position in Tucson, AZ with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping within a production facility.
• Familiar with COO/COC and ACE documentation.
• Ability to prepare international shipping documents and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive teamwork.
• Knowledge of international carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents vs purchase orders and inspect for damage.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment and label items correctly.
• Maintain organized workspace and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist inventory management with regular stock counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Prepare COC, COO and ACE documentation for international shipments.
• Understand ACE requirements and filing procedures.
• Ship with high-volume production queue while maintaining quality standards.
• Uphold imperative quality standards and ethics.
