Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Sheet Metal to own metals commodities and drive supplier partnerships that power our defense technology products. You will work cross-functionally to develop new supplier opportunities and ensure commercial agreements, IP, and statements of works are solid before pipelines.

You will lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, manage supplier performance and continuity of supply, and guide cost and quality improvements through data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field and supply chain focus.
• 5+ years in metal commodity management or sourcing engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for sheet metal (stainless steel, aluminum, titanium) with cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of quality materials at right cost.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for raw metals.
• Manage supplier relationships and continuity of supply, risk, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence design specs and manufacturing needs.
