Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree or cert preferred.
• 15+ years in global shared services, finance/accounting operations with senior leadership.
• Public company experience with $1B+ revenue.
• Experience leading multi-country, multi-entity operations.
• SOX/compliance and strong control environment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global service delivery across Procure-to-Pay, Payroll, T&E, Master Data, banking and equity admin.
• Oversee global stock administration with oversight of equity transactions and brokers.
• Set SLAs, metrics, governance, and continuous improvement processes.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation across SSC.
• Build and retain a high-performing global team and culture of accountability.
• Lead process redesign, automation, and tech enablement with IT partnership.
• Maintain strong control environment for a US-listed company (SOX, access controls).
• Partner with senior leaders to enable scalable operations and strategic design.
