Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Design Architect to shape service delivery through high-level designs that guide operations and tool product managers. You will partner with Global Services Offer Management to define strategic roadmaps and align deployment with corporate objectives.

The role requires strong cloud and IT infrastructure expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to communicate complex designs to executives. Travel is under 10% and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in scalable cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience leveraging SaaS platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or PureCloud for service delivery.
• Ability to align technical designs with business objectives.
