MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager, Global Services to partner with Global Service Operations, Regional Finance, Operations Finance, and Corporate Finance teams to strengthen financial governance across MKS' global service and sales organizations.

You will ensure the integrity of key financial processes and develop scalable frameworks to support evolving service business models. Reporting to the Finance Director, Global Service, you will drive margin analysis, monthly reviews,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of finance, accounting, controllership, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cost accounting, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Experience with global operations and multi-national structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.

Responsabilités

• Establish global ownership and governance of Sales and Service financial processes.
• Govern Service Standard Margin reporting and reduce noise.
• Improve financial statement accuracy and balance sheet controls.
• Support monthly closings, forecasting, margin analysis, and executive reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation with Power BI and digital tools.
• Collaborate with regional finance and operations teams globally.
