Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager, Global Services to partner with Global Service Operations, Regional Finance, Operations Finance, and Corporate Finance to strengthen financial governance across MKS' global service and sales organizations.

You will ensure the integrity of key financial processes, improve visibility into service profitability, and develop scalable financial frameworks for evolving service models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, controllership, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Experience with global service operations and multi-national structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern critical financial processes across global service and sales organizations.
• Lead end-to-end reconciliation and governance of key reporting such as Service Margin.
• Partner with regional and corporate finance to improve accuracy and controls.
• Design scalable processes to support evolving service models.
• Support monthly reviews, forecasting, margin analysis and executive reporting.
• Drive automation and standardization of finance workflows.
