Job summary

MKS Instruments is seeking a Finance Manager, Global Services to strengthen financial governance across global service and sales organizations. You will partner with Global Service Operations, Regional Finance, Operations Finance, and Corporate Finance to improve profitability visibility and develop scalable financial frameworks across VSD and PSD divisions.

You will lead governance of critical processes, enhance margin reporting, and drive automation and continuous improvement in service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controllership, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and controls.
• Experience supporting global operations, service organizations, or multi-national business structures.
• Strong communication and business partnership skills with cross-functional influence.
• Experience working with SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional process improvements in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish global ownership and governance of critical Sales and Service financial processes (PII, IPPV, labor rates, overhead rates, cost roll).
• Lead end-to-end reconciliation and governance of Service Standard Margin reporting.
• Partner with regional finance and operations to improve financial statement accuracy and controls.
• Design scalable financial processes for evolving service models (field regionalization, depot centers).
• Support monthly financial reviews, forecasting, margin analysis, and executive reporting.
