Responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality and process improvements across all shifts; ensure standardized practices.
• Provide support for quoting activities from initial design through implementation.
• Evaluate inspection processes and update guidelines; ensure documentation is current.
• Develop and deliver global training programs for applicable functions.
• Maintain systems for document storage, access, and review for global accounts.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive actions and verify effectiveness across suppliers and customers.
• Interface with departments to implement and maintain process improvements.
