Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an innovative SEO/AEO Manager to join our Global Digital Marketing team. You will architect a durable organic search foundation and shape how global audiences discover Iron Mountain across more than 60 country sites.

Your expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven search innovation will elevate our digital visibility and connect enterprise customers with the solutions they need.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SEO in a large, matrixed B2B organization.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with AI search methodologies (AEO/GEO) and translating data into content strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage Global SEO Foundations across 60+ regional sites and build standardized playbooks.
• Lead AI & Generative Search (AEO/GEO) strategies and automate metadata/content tagging.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Web, and Content teams to align organic insights with buyer journeys.
• Develop performance dashboards to monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage global agency partners and mentor cross-functional stakeholders on SEO best practices.
