Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. You will prepare journal entries, assist with month-end close, and support audit and tax reporting activities, while analyzing variances and driving process improvements.

The role offers exposure to both domestic and international accounting, with opportunities to partner with finance leaders on special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with audit preparation, internal controls compliance, and tax reporting activities.
• Analyze financial results and investigate key variances.
• Support accounting projects, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
