Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for a manufacturing client. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end close, and delivers reliable financial information to the wider business.

The role offers close senior leadership access, a collaborative environment, and performance-based bonuses. You will gain broad exposure to general ledger accounting, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting

Formación

• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Familiarity with MAS 90 or Sage 100 is advantageous.
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support the month-end close with journal entries and GL maintenance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate across departments to support profitability objectives.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
