Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior talent adviser to identify and hire top Principal Scientists and Engineers, advising executives across domains including ML, CV, NLP, and robotics. You’ll design multi-channel search strategies, build strong external networks, and coach hiring leaders on senior-level engagement.

You’ll map technical leadership, conduct screens, and help shape Amazon’s talent strategy with market insights and a focus on passive candidate generation for high-impact roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership experience.
• 7+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
• 7+ years of recruiting with focus on engineering, technical operations, and product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel strategies to attract world-class contributors and map target companies.
• Advise technical and business leaders on top talent and market content.
• Develop prospects into candidates, conduct interviews, and coach leaders on senior-level hiring.
• Contribute knowledge on technology domains and talent pools to inform searches.
