Job summary

Cheniere Energy is seeking a Senior / Lead Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and leadership roles across Worldwide Trading, Commercial, Marketing, and more. This role partners with HR, leaders, and vendors to execute staffing strategies and ensure compliant processes.

Occasional work-from-home is possible; travel may be required. The position requires 5+ years for senior and 8+ years for lead, with ORC ATS experience preferred and a Bachelor’s in HR or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (strongly preferred). SHRMP-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Senior: minimum five (5) years of applicable experience as a Recruiter.
• Lead: minimum eight (8) years of applicable experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience as a Corporate Recruiter within Oil & Gas/Energy industry is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and leadership positions for global and domestic client groups.
• Provide recruiting support including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and background checks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Leaders to drive recruitment initiatives and ensure process compliance.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for recruitment programs.
• Identify and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
• Coordinate recruiting events and track metrics and costs for management.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all recruiting activities.
