Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• 5+ years managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis of customer feedback across all food & beverage categories and prioritize improvement activities.
• Develop robust customer feedback monitoring mechanisms that mitigate safety and compliance risks.
• Build dashboards or mechanisms to manage large data sets for business decisions.
• Identify and communicate product quality risks and support corrective actions.
• Navigate roadblocks with stakeholders and suppliers to maintain safety and compliance.
• Define quality KPIs and develop mechanisms to track them.
• Create SOPs and RACIs for quality activities across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, drive process efficiencies, and cost savings.
• Travel up to 15% as needed for supplier meetings and quality investigations.
