Job summary

TSI Incorporated seeks a Sr. Global Product Manager to own the P&L for our electronics and semiconductor portfolio, shaping strategy across hardware, software, and services.

You will lead product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market execution in a highly collaborative, cross-regional environment. You will drive new product development for advancing nodes, extend our monitoring platform, and oversee lifecycle management with a data-driven, ROI-focused approach, partnering with Finance, Product

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of progressive product management with P&L ownership.
• Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, or electronics manufacturing.
• Track record of building long-term strategy and business cases.
• Ability to read markets and customers to identify unmet needs and act with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market execution for electronics/semiconductor portfolio.
• Lead new product development to meet demand from advanced nodes and growth areas.
• Extend the monitoring platform across semiconductor products and manage lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product Development, Marketing Communications, Sales, and regional teams globally.
