Job summary

EFC GASES & ADVANCED MATERIALS is seeking a Product Manager for its Semiconductor portfolio in Hatfield, PA. The role guides product lifecycle decisions and aligns Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to growth opportunities in semiconductors.

You will drive roadmaps, forecasts, and commercial strategies to support market entry and scale of semiconductor offerings. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in semiconductor industry or related tech product management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify semiconductor market needs and translate requirements into actionable product attributes.
• Develop mid- and long-term roadmaps for assigned semiconductor product lines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Own short- and long-term forecasting, fleet sizing, and asset investment decisions.
• Participate in new business evaluations, pricing discussions, and NPD processes.
• Assist in developing market introduction plans and value propositions for new offerings.
