Job summary

TSI Incorporated seeks a Sr. Global Product Manager to own the P&L for its electronics and semiconductor portfolio. You will lead strategy, roadmaps, and GTM for hardware, software, and services, driving new product development to meet evolving node demands and extend the monitoring platform across semiconductor products.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product Development, and Marketing Communications, plus regional teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC, to build long-term growth and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering/Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including direct P&L ownership.
• Semiconductor, microelectronics, or electronics manufacturing market experience.
• Track record of building long-term strategy and business cases, with an ability to build business-model innovation around outcome-based value.
• Ability to read markets and customers to spot unmet needs with urgency and bias for action.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• International B2B marketing or product management experience.
• Experience monetizing software and services through evolving models — subscription, consumption, outcome-based pricing.
• Experience leading a transition from stand-alone products to integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• New product development (NPD) — identify unmet electronics and semiconductor measurement needs and drive through to launch.
• Product line strategy and P&L — set direction across product, price, promotion, and channel.
• Platform expansion — lead cross-functional teams to extend the monitoring system across semiconductor products.
• Growth and M&A — evaluate adjacent segments, identify partners and acquisition targets, build business cases.
• Go-to-market — develop training on value propositions and lead GTM planning, launches, campaigns, and messaging.
• Annual strategic planning — translate semiconductor drivers into NPD strategy and priorities.
• Cross-functional influence — build relationships and support pricing models; collaborate with Finance.
• Market intelligence — collect win/loss, pricing benchmarks, and market research data.
• Life cycle management — ROI-based decisions on continuation, investment priority, and end-of-life.
