NinjaOne seeks a Senior Manager, Performance Acquisition to lead global paid search, affiliate marketing, and directory programs with a multi-eight-figure annual budget. You will guide a team driving qualified demos, pipeline, and revenue across regions and customer segments.

This role requires hands-on paid search expertise, financial discipline, and strong collaboration with sales and finance to optimize investment and commercial impact across markets.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in performance marketing with deep paid search expertise.
• Experience in B2B SaaS serving multiple segments and international markets.
• Proven budget management and allocation modeling across channels.
• Forecasting, pacing, and risk identification with timely action.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, software review sites, or directories.

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid search and affiliate strategy and execution across platforms.
• Manage an eight-figure annual global acquisition budget with models for allocation.
• Build accurate pacing models, forecasts, and plans; adjust for seasonality and regional differences.
• Identify variance early; establish monitoring for underdelivery and overspend.
• Optimize for qualified demos and pipeline; tie marketing to sales outcomes.
• Adapt strategy to AI-driven search and discovery; align with SEO/AI teams.
• Build and lead a disciplined experimentation program for bidding and formats.
• Develop the team and operating cadence with consistent standards.
• Collaborate with sales to connect investments to meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
