Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Senior Manager, Performance Acquisition to lead global paid search and performance programs with a significant eight-figure annual budget. You will guide a team focused on paid search, affiliate marketing, and directory programs to drive demos, pipeline, and revenue across regions and customer segments.

The role demands hands-on paid search expertise, budget discipline, and collaboration with sales for demand generation and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with deep paid search expertise and experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in a sales-led business serving multiple customer segments and international markets.
• Demonstrated budget management and building allocation models across awareness and demand programs, ideally within an eight-figure annual global portfolio.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including automated bidding, conversion measurement, account architecture, and performance diagnosis.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, software review sites, or directory acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, offline conversion imports, and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid search and affiliate strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Manage an eight-figure annual global acquisition budget with allocation models across markets and programs.
• Build accurate pacing models, forecasts, and annual/quarterly plans with consideration of seasonality and regional differences.
• Identify variance early, establish monitoring routines, and recommend corrective actions before month-end.
• Optimize for qualified demos and pipeline by evaluating performance beyond clicks and cost per lead.
• Adapt acquisition strategy to AI-driven search and discovery, ensuring third-party listings and affiliate content support positioning.
• Build a disciplined experimentation program for bidding, automation, and landing page experiences.
• Develop the team and operating cadence, coaching specialists and setting standards for execution and forecasting.
