NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Acquisition to lead global paid search and performance programs with an eight-figure annual budget. You will direct paid search, affiliate marketing, and directory initiatives to generate demos, pipeline, and revenue across regions and segments.

In this role you’ll diagnose performance changes, build pacing models and forecasts, and translate analysis into decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with deep paid search expertise and team leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with international markets and multiple customer segments.
• Proven budget management and allocation modeling across awareness and demand programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid search and affiliate strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Manage an eight-figure annual global acquisition budget with allocation models.
• Build pacing models and forecasts, accounting for seasonality and regional differences.
• Identify variances early and propose corrective actions before month-end.
• Optimize for qualified demos and pipeline using downstream sales outcomes.
• Adapt acquisition strategy to AI-driven search and discovery, coordinating with SEO & AI teams.
• Establish a disciplined experimentation program for bidding approaches and landing pages.
• Develop the team and operating cadence with consistent standards for execution and accountability.
