Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Acquisition to lead global paid search, affiliate marketing, and directory programs across regions and customer segments. This role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to manage significant investment with financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing with deep paid search expertise and team development.
• Experience in B2B SaaS serving multiple customer segments and international markets.
• Budget management and allocation modeling across awareness and demand programs, ideally within a large global portfolio.
• Strong quantitative skills and advanced spreadsheet modeling; ability to reconcile data across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid search and affiliate strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Manage an eight-figure annual global acquisition budget with allocation models.
• Build pacing models and forecasts, maintaining annual plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Identify variances early and recommend corrective actions before month-end.
• Drive qualified demos and pipeline by optimizing for measurement beyond clicks.
