THE·TEAM is a leading hospitality and experiential marketing firm seeking a Senior Director, Hospitality to lead global client activations and team operations. You will oversee on-site delivery, budget management, and client relationships to ensure exceptional hospitality programs.

The role requires travel up to 25% on-site across the US and internationally, with a focus on delivering white-glove experiences for premium brands and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an event planner or organizer in high-end hosting or hospitality.
• Agency experience preferred; hospitality certification and/or service industry background a plus.
• Ability to lead, manage multiple direct reports and dynamic workstreams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver accounts from planning through execution.
• Mentor and guide multiple direct reports and set team priorities.
• Ensure flawless project delivery aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, revenue reporting and schedules.
• Develop strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively.
