Job summary

THE TEAM seeks a Senior Director, Hospitality to lead white-glove hospitality programs for premier brands and properties. You will own end-to-end delivery, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget results that meet client expectations. Travel is required 25% year-round, across the US and globally.

Lead client relationships, manage budgets of $1M+, mentor staff, and drive strategic program oversight to elevate THE TEAM’s market visibility and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Agency experience and hospitality certification preferred.
• 10+ years’ relevantexperience in high-end events/hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports and complex workstreams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong vendor/partner relationship building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of hospitality programs from brief to execution.
• Mentor and lead multiple direct reports; align team with client objectives and budgets.
• Own contracts, revenue reporting, and budgeting processes with strict timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Manage budgets of $1M+ and ensure impeccable program delivery.
