Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in the US seeks a Global Senior Director – AI Cost Advantage to lead the Vantage Cost agenda, driving strategy and execution across practice areas. You will oversee assets, services, and AI-enabled workflows while coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

The role requires deep experience in cost transformation, managing a large, global team, and aligning offerings with client needs across industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience preferred, and/or 8+ years minimum consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• End-to-end cost transformation experience with a holistic view across cost levers.
• Experience leading in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BCG Vantage Global Cost agenda and strategy.
• Coordinate with Practice Areas, Industry domains, and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee knowledge assets, services, and AI-enabled tools for cost take-out.
• Directly support deployment of tools and cases with case teams.
