Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior Compliance Expert to design and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and key US sites. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with regional teams, and ensure proactive risk management across a complex, multi-site enterprise.

You will report to the DIA Customer Area Compliance Lead and advance a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of related experience OR 12–15 years of related experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master’s) in Law, Finance, or Business with 7+ years in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Legal.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and international markets.
• Strong change management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Implement global, divisional, and RDS compliance initiatives aligned with leadership decisions and business goals
• Framework & Assurance: Design and maintain a robust compliance framework to protect Roche’s license to operate
• Audit & Risk Mitigation: Lead the risk-based annual audit and monitoring plan and oversee actions
• Training & Communication: Develop and deliver compliance curricula, policies, and risk awareness programs
• Executive Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on compliance program operations
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights to guide compliance strategies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leads to integrate compliance across projects
