IQVIA Biotech in Durham is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-regional clinical studies, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and act as the primary sponsor liaison.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, support bid defenses, and drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with at least 4 years in PM leadership.
• Experience managing global, complex clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk proactively.
• Experience leading bid defenses and client engagements preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large multi-regional studies.
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans and training.
• Serve as primary liaison with sponsors; maintain transparent status updates.
• Set direction for cross-functional teams; monitor performance and milestones.
• Partner with BD on bid defenses and contribute to winning proposals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal functions to support study execution.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget and quality metrics; report updates.
• Ensure financial performance by managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
• Manage scope changes and change control with stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement; share lessons learned.
• Mentor junior team members and provide performance feedback.
