Job summary

You will work with global and regional teams to ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and ICH guidelines, driving CAPA activities and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in clinical trial design, planning and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in CRO or pharmaceutical operations and IQVIA standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams.
• Willingness to travel within the region/country.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and implement the global Quality Management Plan across assignments.
• Identify risks, support CAPA planning, and improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality in project delivery.
• Provide advice on GCP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Assist audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Prepare periodic quality reports for business lines.
