Valeo seeks a strategic Semiconductor Test Strategy Expert to shape testing standards for next generation devices. Based at multiple sites in Wemding, Munich, and other locations, you will drive test coverage and supplier governance across a complex supply chain.

Lead audits on Design for Test and fault coverage, push for zero-defect quality, and guide 8D problem solving with robust screening techniques. Requires 10+ years in automotive semiconductors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry within an automotive context.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, DFT, and failure mechanisms.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC automotive quality standards and statistical analysis.

Responsabilités

• Define global standards for semiconductor test coverage and quality.
• Lead cross-functional integration across R&D, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Act as technical support in selecting SoCs, MCUs, ASICs, and Power Modules.
• Conduct deep-dive supplier audits focused on DFT and fault coverage.
• Lead 8D problem-solving and drive advanced screening to eliminate latent defects.
