The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor test, global collaboration, and strong English communication. Travel up to 40% is expected; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor production test industry.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor production test ATE market.
• Experience with global cross-functional teams and product strategy development.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mixed-signal production test strategy for growth.
• Guide Business Managers globally as they interact with NI Sales and customers.
• Gather and document market requirements for products; hand off to R&D.
• Refine market requirements into system and product-level specs for R&D.
• Coordinate roadmap with R&D and establish multi-year forecasts.
• Provide quarterly revenue updates and market insights; track forecasts.
• Prioritize resources across global customer engagements to maximize revenue.
