Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead semiconductor sourcing globally from Framingham, MA. You will own sourcing strategy, drive cost reductions, and manage supplier relationships across multiple business units.

You will collaborate with product cost engineering, perform risk assessments, and present findings in quarterly business reviews to executives. This role requires deep technical understanding and strong leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience in semiconductor sourcing or related high-technology environment.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, embedded systems, and hardware/software ecosystems.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost management, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, BOMs, semiconductor roadmaps, and product requirements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global sourcing and commodity strategies for semiconductors that support key business objectives.
• Communicate commodity strategies across the organization and ensure alignment with supplier selections.
• Formulate negotiation strategy to drive cost reduction with suppliers in a complex environment.
• Understand architectures and interactions with embedded software and development tools when evaluating suppliers.
• Maintain total ownership of assigned semiconductor commodities including sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management.
• Lead QBRs and EBRs with suppliers and communicate with executive teams.
