Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior security leader to define and execute global security technology strategies and roadmaps, including modernization and platform optimization. You will oversee delivery of security solutions, ensure projects are on time and within scope, and manage budgets, vendors, and operational plans while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

English required with limited domestic travel (10–20%).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with responsibility for complex systems/platforms.
Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment.
Strong stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.
Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global security technology strategies and roadmaps, including system modernization and platform optimization.
Oversee delivery of security technology solutions to ensure projects are on time, in scope, and meet quality and compliance requirements.
Ensure stability, security, and performance of security technology platforms, including vendor/service provider management.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.
