Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology to lead the strategy, modernization and governance of security platforms worldwide.

You will drive roadmaps across access, video, visitor, incident and travel security tools, partner with vendors, and manage budgets while ensuring compliance and risk controls. This role requires strong communication with stakeholders and global delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies.
• Experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated/enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management; translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and operational delivery.
• Knowledge of technology governance, security and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery of security technology solutions to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with quality and compliance.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of security platforms; manage vendors and vendors/services.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.
