Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our security business unit. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and lead cross‑functional teams to meet Pavion standards.

Responsibilities include client relations, risk management, progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. A CAPM/PMP or equivalent and strong MS Office skills are preferred. This role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager; 5+ years in the industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to technical standards and goals.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Generate change orders and manage scope, risks, and vendor coordination.
• Lead project team meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality in installations.
• Collaborate with engineering during design and drafting phases.
