Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools like MS Project and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, progress updates, risks, and solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor project performance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports and manage budgets to avoid overruns.
