Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Global Security to lead security strategy, risk management, and crisis response across regions. You will partner with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to protect people, facilities, and continuity.

The role requires 20+ years in security leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, and travel up to 40–60%. Remote work is supported, with a compensation range of $200k–$215k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field
• 20+ years of relevant security experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk & threat management.
• Establish security policies, standards, and operating models across regions.
• Oversee physical security systems including access control and surveillance.
• Support crisis management, incident response, business continuity, and executive protection.
• Define and provide executive protection strategies and travel security program elements.
